I need help with my Sports Team App, and I've found myself here!

That's OK, you're in the right place! Tiparra works with many sports teams to provide their official club and game day apps, so if you've found this page you're in the right place.

Do I need an account to use my Sports Team's App?

No, an account is optional. Without an account you can still use most function including viewing news, live scores and team lists, as well as voting and trivia.

Creating an account will allow you to collect app loyalty points to redeem for special prizes and offers from your team, as well as streamlining the process for entering competitions and giveaways.

Creating an account will also allow you to link your app to your team membership.

How do I see my club membership in the app?

Firstly, make sure you've created your app account using the same email address you used when buying your club membership. This will allow us to link your membership and tickets to your app account.

If you don't see your membership but you're certain you've used the right email just send us a message using the form below.

How do I delete my Tiparra account?

Follow the instructions at the deletion page for your Sports Team App. This is usually provided as a link on your App Store.

Alternatively please use the form below to contact us and we will provide you with the right information for your Sports Team App.

All deletion requests can be fully actioned online; you will not need to call or write.
