Delete Your Account

If you'd like to delete your account from any Tiparra-powered app, follow the steps below. We process every request manually to make sure your data is handled correctly.

Step 1 — Back up any data you want to keep

Once your account is deleted, you won't be able to access any data linked to that app — including loyalty points, digital collectibles, game history, and any other activity records.

If there's anything you'd like to keep a record of, take screenshots or save it before submitting your request.

Step 2 — Send us a deletion request

Email support@tiparra.com with:

  • The name of the app you're requesting deletion from (e.g. "Belconnen United FC", "ACT Brumbies")
  • Whether you want to:
    • Delete only your data for that specific app, or
    • Delete your entire Tiparra account (removes access and data from all Tiparra-powered apps)
  • Your first and last name
  • Your registered email address (must match the email you're sending from)

Step 3 — What gets deleted

If you delete data for one app

We remove all information stored in your user profile for that app, including:

  • Links to club memberships
  • Loyalty points and earned rewards
  • Digital collectibles and promotions
  • App usage data specific to that team

If you delete your entire Tiparra account

All your data across every Tiparra-powered app you use will be permanently deleted.

Step 4 — Wait for confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed. If you don't hear back within 7 business days, reply to your original email and we'll follow up.

Frequently asked questions

Can I delete my account from inside the app?
Not currently — all deletion requests go through email so we can verify your identity and process them correctly. We're working on adding an in-app option.
What if I use multiple Tiparra-powered apps?
You can choose to delete your data from just one app, or from your entire Tiparra account (which removes you from every app you've used). Just let us know which option you'd like in your email.
Can I get my data back after deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent. If you want a record of anything — loyalty points, collectibles, history — please save it before you submit your request.
What about data shared with third parties?
If you previously consented to share your details with a third party (for example, by entering a competition run by a sponsor), that data stays with them and is governed by their privacy policy. You'll need to contact them directly to request deletion.
